Some highlights from All 4 ONE leader Jay Perry's coaching career:

• From 1979-1992 Jay created and developed a coaching program used by over 5000 performing artists and trained a number of coaches who are leaders in the industry today.
• In 1991 Jay hired Thomas Leonard as his coach and worked closely with Thomas on a number of projects, including the creation of Coach University.
• Jay has mentored more than 200 coaches including a number of the most prominent coaches in the world.
• Jay has served on the Board of Directors of The International Coach Federation and been a featured speaker at conferences and workshops in the US, Europe, and Australia.
• He has written and implemented 2 coach training programs for Fortune 500 companies and continues to coach a number of corporate executives.
• He is the founder of The Coaching Collective (a fellowship of supportive coaches) and simplyEffective, Inc. (a group coaching curriculum experienced by hundreds of people)
