The Fan Club Retreat

 

The success of All 4 ONE depends on the connection that is created amongst participants. It is critical that each person be a true fan of all the members.  That is why attending the Fan Club Retreat is a prerequisite for being part of a group. 

The two and a half day retreat is organized around a process that is both deceptively simple and deliciously sophisticated. We call it the Fan Club game. It's a game that happens formally in exercises, inquiries, and coaching...and also informally at breakfast, on walks, and in late night talks.

In the game you will give people a chance to know who you truly are and what you really have to offer.  You'll learn the steps to developing and adding to your own personal Fan Club. And perhaps most importantly, you learn to use the Fan Club so that both you and your fans experience the joys of generosity, care, and connection.

These are some of the basic principles that All4ONE is based on and that we utilize in the full year coaching program.  If the Fan Club approach does not appeal to you, then chances are, the full year program won't either.

Length:            12 months

Each month     1 hour of private coaching

                       2 hours of supervised groups

                       Ample support from other group members

 

The Cost:        Pay what you enjoy.  That's right.  In the past the program has been listed at $3995 for the entire year.  Since, as part of the program, we want you to focus on what you most enjoy, it seemed appropriate to structure the payment in this fashion.  At the beginning of each of the program's four quarters, you will determine what you would enjoy paying.  It may be less or more than the established price.  It is really up to you.
